RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ÓBOY LAGOS, every piece is crafted with intention and quality. We hope you love your purchase; however, should you need assistance, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items eligible for return or exchange must be received in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from stains (including makeup), and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of delivery.

Store Credit Policy

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, not cash refunds.
  • Refunds will only be processed in cases where:
    • An incorrect item was delivered, or
    • The item received is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may be made for:
    • The same style in a different size or color, or
    • Another item of equal value (or higher value with additional payment).
  • Shipping costs for exchanged items will be charged at the standard delivery rate.
  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be covered by ÓBOY LAGOS.

Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale are final sale:
    • Eligible for store credit only
    • Not eligible for exchanges

Condition of Returned Items

  • Any item returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards will be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the return form included in your package.
  • If the form is unavailable, kindly contact us via email to request a copy and further instructions.

Shipping & Liability

  • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
  • Once a package has been marked as delivered with proof, ÓBOY LAGOS is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
